Return Window

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Contact support to initiate a return.

Return Process

  1. Contact support with your order number.
  2. Receive a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using the provided label.
  4. Refunds processed within 7 business days after receipt.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
